it was a truely yummy breakfast atmosphere brilliant chef came out with our food and had a little laugh with us i would highly recommend for a high street cafe
I came in for lunch with family I hadn't seen in a while as we'd heard good things about Jel's Cafe. A good number of options to choose from, I had a large English breakfast and a sanpellegrino lemon, whereas everyone else had jacket potatoes. I got hash browns and black pudding as extra as it didn't come as standard, but the meal still was reasonably priced. My aunt commented saying the jacket potato was the best one she's ever had outside of home cooking, so will be back to try that myself!
We had a lovely and very tasty breakfast at Jels Cafe. The milkshake was amazing. The staff are all nice and friendly and happily provided a bowl of water for our puppy. We sat outside under the awning and enjoyed our food. Would recommend.
Such a lovely homely cafe. The breakfast was just what we wanted. A classic greasy spoon, with speedy service and a smile. Highly recommend if you’re in the area, great spot for a quick bite with family/friends/children etc.
Had lunch here yesterday honestly such an amazing little café! The staff were all so friendly and smiley with terrific service. The food is to die for, I had the ciabatta which was served beautifully and tasted divine all fresh and tasty. I am even more happy that I found I can get the bus to Tonbridge that isn't to far, I can't resist the ciabatta's. My mum says her prawn sandwich was YUM and the bread was lovely.
